My answer did not make it to their web-site, so I will give it here:
A: In the 2013 legislative session, I noticed numerous bills being introduced that I recognized as policies originating from the United Nations. Yet, citizens, including legislators, were not being told of their true origins
Among these: Certain "sustainability" initiatives; transfer of authority to unelected committees (e.g. PLDC-types and "public-private partnerships") and attempts to diminish county powers.
These U.N. policies undermine our constitutional way of government and erode our Constitutional rights to self determination.
My greatest concern was UNESCO's education for sustainable development, known here as Common Core. Rife with deception, this is a long-range assault on our free society, and a direct assault on our keki now. *
All this, I realized, is what a certain gubernatorial candidate meant in his 2010 campaign slogan: "A new Day in Hawaii."
It occurred to me that the most strategic position to ward off this U.N. takeover was the governor's office. So I searched for a appropriate candidate for the job...but couldn't find one.
Can't Have Both.
